Fermentation Workshop

.Learn how to ferment food and its many health benefits!

Join Marta Junko, a fermentation specialist, and learn how to prepare super foods full of probiotics and vitamins. These foods are zero waste and have great health benefits like improving immune systems. You will learn how to easily ferment food and what health benefits they can provide you!

During this workshop, you will taste fermented products and learn how to make kombucha and beet juice. Every participant will receive a PDF of recipes to make fermented foods in your own home.



This course has a maximum attendance of 20 participants so buy a ticket while you still can! Sonairte reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum attendance is not met or in the case of changing health regulations relating to COVID-19.
